POTENTIAL and VISION

The land has so much potential and there have been many people share what they would do or what they think should be done with the land and there has been some interesting ideas. In the end the campground idea was the winner recognizing that there still is a shortage for people to enjoy the lake. Working towards a 50 lot seasonal park and creating a Lakeland Vista Summer Community is Frederick and Terri's vision. Opening additional lots each year, extended family and friends can camp together in the same campground. How great is that?
