Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
Lot lease for the 2025 season will be $2,500 which includes your lease, Village municipal service fees ($300), and sewer. Power and water is paid by leasee.
We have a couple lots we could convert yet for 2025 and there will be 6 additional lots developed for the 2026 season. If you, family, and friends join our community with 2 or more sites, each signed lease will be given a $100 credit.
